REFUND POLICY

At this moment, we only offer refund and exchange is not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

• On Sale Items
• Items purchased with discount codes
• Intimates

All purchased items are detailedly inspected before dispatching to customers. Refund can only be made on defective items if unfortunately found.

Please note all customers are responsible for return-shipment cost. We will charge a HKD20 handling fee on every returned item.

Return Instructions:

1) The return must be made within 7 days upon receipt.

2) Return item to the following address:

        Rm. 001, 5/F, Block C, Fook Sing Fty., Bldg., 2 Walnut Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

3) Please email us a copy of courier receipt in order for us to process your refund.

4) Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified through the email you provided at time of order.
